A Thank You For Doing What We Love To Do
Dear Greg,
I just wanted to take a moment to Thank You and all Care2Tri personnel from the bottom of our Hearts for the Miami Event that my son Adryan participated in with you.
Its people and organizations like you that make the difference in the world and all I wish for is that there were more Gregs out there that made things like this possible for Special Needs people.
Again THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~ Fernando & Mirtha

A Word From Lucy
Greg is an amazing human being , who gives hope to those who search for a more contented life. ~ Lucy
Care2Tri and Maria
When Greg came to me and asked me to be a part of the training group, I really had no idea what to expect. I’m not a gym person, I’ve never even thought of training for a triathlon! But I was inspired to participate because I’d be training with a group. I wanted to get in shape and give back to my community. That’s what Care2Tri means. I would train with a group during the week and once a month we’d have dinner with adults with cerebral palsy. It was an amazing experience! October 2nd was the big day. As I crossed the finish line, it hit me that age is only a number and I can do anything. At first, I just thought this would be good opportunity but what happened is that it actually changed my life. I never would have done this on my own–I never dreamed I was even capable of accomplishing it–but with the support of the team led by Greg my life changed. This experience makes me believe in myself more than I ever have. Thank you Greg, my team mates, and all the support from Tom, Ann, and Heather that helped make this happen! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ~ Maria
Stephanie's Story
When I first met Greg, I already began my journey and lost 70 pounds in 2 years time. I was able to keep my weight stable for about 10 years. I became a volunteer for Care 2 Tri and later participated in the Living Beyond Me group. As part of the group, we visited some of the race participants at the United Cerebral Palsy Center and volunteered at the triathlons where Greg would pull these individuals through the races. The faces of these individuals will tell you that they are genuinely excited and overwhelmed to participate in something that they would ordinarily not be able to. The joy that they experience is evident in their smiles. It is a very moving experience to watch and my life has been changed as a result of it. By the time the group ended, I participated in my first triathlon, lost and additional 30 pounds and had a whole new meaning for the term “not focusing on myself by giving back to others” I will never be the same again. Thank You Greg. ~ Stephanie Rodriguez – V.P. Care2Tri
